Prices are as marked and subject to change at any time. — As the property of the artist or gallery, artworks may occasionally be unavailable for immediate delivery (when on temporary loan to an exhibit, for example). That will only mean that the painting you have ordered will be delivered to you 5-7 business days later than it usually would. In any case, if such event occurs, we will notify you immediately. — To check on the availability of the item you wish to purchase, please contact our customer support team by using our contact page. — Discounts may sometimes be applied to large orders. — Pieces are sold without mat and frame unless otherwise indicated. — Unframed pieces are sent rolled in a sturdy tube. You should remove it from the tube as soon as you receive it, and lay it flat until you are ready to take it to your framer for framing. Watercolor paintings should always be framed under glass. — Each painting is accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity. Payment MethodsYou can purchase paintings from Amodini Art Gallery by choosing one of secure payment methods listed below: (i) Pay Pal is one of the safest, secure forms of payment, and gives you buyer protection on all your purchases. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account anymore to pay with a credit card, and it won't cost you anything. Pay Pal has more than 71 Million accounts Worldwide, and growing. Pay Pal allows you to pay with any major Credit Card, as well as Debit Card and Bank Account transfers through www.paypal.com or your PAYPAL account funds if you have an account with them. (ii) Google Checkout — a new payment service by Google. When you make a purchase, your credit card will be charged by Google Payment Corporation and not by Amodini Art Gallery. If you choose to pay by check, please allow additional time for your item to be delivered – as the item will be shipped after payment has arrived and cleared. Please note that a charge of $ 30.00 will be applied for all bad checks. International buyers are responsible for Fed Ex brokerage fees and all custom's fees assessed by your country. — You will not only get FREE shipping, but you will be able to track your order, because we always use one of the best carriers on the market - FedEx or UPS. Return Policy— Your purchases are “Satisfaction Guaranteed”. If the artwork you have purchased does not meet your expectations, you can return it. — Returns may be made within 7 (seven) days from the day of your receipt of your order for a refund or exchange. After 7 days, no returns will be accepted. — Returned pieces must be in exactly the same condition as received. We will not accept any defected items as every item is a unique piece of art, and is not repairable. — All returned items must be returned complete of all of its parts and accessories (Certificate of Authenticity should be intact, as well as all other materials which belong to the same order) and packed in the original shipping materials. Otherwise, they will not be accepted. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above; if such case occurs you will be notified that you are not entitled to a refund and provided with the option to request (within 30 (thirty) days of being notified) your painting be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by Amodini Art Gallery. If you do not request the return of your painting within said thirty-day period, Amodini Art Gallery will be entitled to dispose of such painting in its sole discretion. — If you purchase your artwork using PayPal or Google, your purchase price (minus transaction fees that PayPal charges me) will be refunded into your PayPal or Google account once the item has been returned to us in original condition. — If you paid for the artwork with the check or money order, you will receive the refund in the same form you have made a payment: either by check or money order. — Unless shipping mistake is made, Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and handling. — When returning a piece, use FedEx or UPS, or the delivery service used when it was shipped to you.
